3. Payment — Bank transfer or cash. International transfers accepted.
4. Access & Seating — Seated access guaranteed. Placement varies per show (front row not guaranteed). Backstage or main entrance depending on show. Designated contact on-site.
5. Photo & Video — Booked separately as extras. 48h advance confirmation required. Digital delivery within 48h.
6. Transport — Per day. Includes pick-up, drop-off, and availability within city. 24h cancellation is non-refundable.
7. Security — Licensed professionals. Per day. Hotel-to-venue accompaniment. 24h cancellation is non-refundable.

In the unlikely event of a show cancellation, schedule change, or access issue, our team will offer an alternative solution or a credit toward future services. We are available around the clock during Fashion Week to assist our clients. Your satisfaction and safety are our absolute priority.
